Whether you are struggling with issues such as insomnia, anxiety, stress or self-doubt my compassion-filled, solution-focused hypnotherapy sessions are for you.

My integrated approach is a brief and effective therapy that means you can meet your goals quickly.

I use a unique combination of Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness-based Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools so that you receive an individualised therapeutic experience.

One that looks at getting to know you first and creates meaningful, hope-filled change that lasts.

What To Expect

  • Book your free introductory phone call to confirm that this approach is for you.

  • Your first session is 90 mins via Zoom including full assessment and introduction to hypnosis.

  • Your further weekly sessions via Zoom are 60mins.

  • Clients require on average 6-10 sessions to achieve their goals.

  • All recordings are included within the fee structure.

  • Sessions are £99 per session or a package of 5 sessions are £399. T&Cs apply.
